The first LEED Platinum Skyscraper

One Bryant Park, last year’s greenest skyscraper, is now the world’s first office tower to reach the U.S. Green Building Council’s (USGBC) highest rating of LEED Platinum. Green Light for the Aspen Art Museum?

The City of Aspen has recently ruled that the approvals for the new Aspen Art Museum cannot legally be referred to voters. According to Toni Kronberg, who filed the petition, opponents to the museum plan on mounting a legal challenge to the art museum.
