One Bryant Park, last year’s greenest skyscraper, is now the world’s first office tower to reach the U.S. Green Building Council’s (USGBC) highest rating of LEED Platinum. The sustainable tower, designed by Cook+Fox Architects and built by Tishman Construction Corporation, is the second tallest building in Manhattan.

The building houses the new headquarters for Bank of America. One of the features that make One Bryant Park so sustainable is its state-of-the-art, onsite 4.6 megawatt cogeneration plant that provides a clean and efficient power source to help reduce their reliance on the NYC grid.
